  4. Call the familyA warm text to her brother

How it works

No classes. No jargon. Just your day.

  1. Tell me about your day

Answer a few easy questions, the way you'd chat with a friend. Short answers are fine.

    About 5 minutes
  2. Get your five ideas

Each one fits something you said, with the exact words to type or say to the AI.

    Ready in under a minute
  3. Try one this week

Use the free AI you already have: ChatGPT, Gemini, Siri or Alexa. Start with the easiest.

    Nothing to install

Your turn

Let's start with your morning.

I'll ask one question at a time. After a few answers, press "Show my five ideas".

  • I never ask for your name, address or account numbers.
  • Your answers are used to write your plan, then forgotten.
  • I don't sell anything or push any one app.

After a few answers, I'll put together your plan.

Five rules we teach everyone

Every plan comes with these. Share them with anyone you love.

  1. AI can be confidently wrong.Check anything about health, money or the law with a person you trust.
  2. Keep your numbers to yourself.Never type passwords, Social Security, bank or Medicare numbers into an AI.
  3. Hang up and call back.Scammers now copy voices. If "your grandson" calls asking for money, call him on the number you know.
  4. Ask it to slow down. You can always say "explain that more simply" or "give me fewer steps."
  5. It's fine to say no.You don't have to use AI for anything you don't want to.
